One of the most beautiful office spaces I've ever experienced. Like something out of the TV show, SUCCESSION. Great hospitality! They hosted the Pasadena Village for an IT workshop and couldn't have been more accommodating or gracious.

I contacted Jason Kim about a listing ($250k). He demanded a full bank statement before even scheduling a viewing. When I declined, he hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Standard practice should be a proof of funds letter, not exposing personal bank details.

Arranged a viewing with one of the agents before the property was available and then got ghosted by her, next thing we know is that the property was off market. Wow, very unprofessional and doesn’t seem legit at all. Would not recommend.
