While my husband and I have had our issues a with the apartment over the last almost 2 years we've lived here, one thing we've never had a problem with is Traci in the front office. When we originally toured the property it was Traci who showed us around and we fell in love with her vibrant personality. I was so glad to see her come back from the other property, Traci truly cares about the residents and any complaints we have had and brought to her attention had been dealt with swiftly.

I have been out of Compass a year and my pillow is still wet from crying myself to sleep dealing with the complex I moved to in Rockledge to be closer to work on Merritt Island. The leasing office staff was nothing short of amazing. From the day I went to look at apartments initially up until the point I moved I always felt like they appreciated me living there and cared about the people they are providing homes for. The complex was always quiet and practically every neighbor in my building was always friendly and looking out for each other. The maintenance team was always on top of things, and there was never an issue with bugs or pests. And I got a lot of use out of the property gym facility. And I absolutely miss that covered parking! Compass is a great place to live.

If I could leave negative stars I would! This place lies right off the rip! They show you the model apartment with all these nice updates and the next thing you know you walk into a rundown broken place! Put in maintenance request!? Ignored! We had stuff broken for well over a year and nothing was done! We called we emailed! On top of that homeless people everywhere! You will have a view looking out your window to tents and homeless undressing right out your window! My truck was broken into and other people have had their vehicles broken into. This place is so unsafe! People yelling revving their engines right by your window all ours of the night! On top of that the weed smell is so bad I had a migraine everyday! Throwing up, sick. I've had the privilege to live in this lovely little apartment for an entire year and it breaks my heart to leave, but alas good things all come to end sometimes. I would stay here for much much longer if I was not moving out of the country. I'm excited to step into this new chapter of my life, but it wouldn't have been possible without Nancy and the upper management staff to accept me as a tenant. I have never lived in a place that I felt so safe in before. Never once did I feel that I was in danger when stepping out of my apartment or walking around the complex. My neighbors were extremely kind and all the folks I met during walks to the mailboxes. One thing that is important to know if you move here for the parcel lockers. On Thanksgiving, we realize that our AC was not working . It was chilly that day, so it was fine . We put a ticket in for service. The service team came out immediately and knew exactly what was wrong. It was fixed within a half an hour, It’s very refreshing having work done by Quick , competent workers !!. . We love our apartment We haven’t had many issues, but when we have had to call service, they come immediately and they’re friendly and wonderful .
