Joe did an absolutely amazing job with our home inspection. He clearly explained the process of the home inspection and walked us through any issues he saw. This was really helpful especially because my husband and I are first time homebuyers and didn't know much about the process. Throughout the inspection, we felt like we had a much better understanding of how the house operated due to his clear explanations. He was extremely thorough, and we were amazed at his attention to detail. It was clear he was not rushed to finish the inspection at all, which we appreciated. His report out was clear, thorough, well written, and included many photos. We also thought his prices were incredibly fair, especially for the quality of work! Thanks Joe!

Joe deserves more than 5 stars. As a first time home buyer the unknowns can be pretty intimidating. Joe was professional and knowledgeable. Any questions were answered with confidence and professionalism. Joe definitely eased the nerves of buying a first home. He was worth every penny with how thorough he was especially when I hear friends talk about their 30-40 min inspections (We spent a full 3 hours going through everything)

Joe was thorough and seemed extremely passionate about his job. He included us during the inspection, checking in with us and updating us as he went, as well as answering our many questions. I hope we wont be buying another house any time soon, but I would absolutely recommend him to anyone I know!
