I have been living here for years. Since Kettler took over, this complex has gone downhill fast. The entire office staff changed, and the new management is very unprofessional and unhelpful. New management gives nothing but attitude and communication has been terrible. When they first took over, residents weren’t given clear instructions on how to pay rent, and even the leasing office had no answers. The property has declined as well — dumpsters were overflowing for nearly two weeks, trash was everywhere, and there have been issues with roaches. Now they’re trying to host a “meet the team” event, but I’ve already met them and wasn’t impressed. It’s clear they don’t care about the residents or the appearance of the complex. I can’t wait for my lease to be over.
Since new management (Kettler Management) things have not been the same. definitely starting to go downhill. Seems as though they don’t have the right people in place working here at all. Leasing/Management team in the office have been very unprofessional with very nasty attitudes. Maintenance complete out work orders that have not been completed. They take their time to address any issues you may have. VERY LAZY!!! Heavy on the LAZY. This staff has no care in the world about their residents. The outside is starting to look unpleasing because they are not keeping it clean of debris and trash. First impression is everything. I am so disappointed.
Do not rent/work at this location, Work orders are frequently left incomplete or not addressed at all.I witnessed firsthand that the current management—specifically the property manager Jasmine, and assistant manager Callie—show little concern for residents or staff. They are often in their offices with the doors closed, on personal cell phones, and unwilling to assist residents or support their own leasing agents with questions or concerns. Or half the time you can never reach the leasing office because they refuse to answer the phones themselves. Word of advice to anyone considering renting at this property: I strongly suggest looking elsewhere unless you are comfortable paying high rent while dealing with unresolved maintenance issues. We moved in this past April, and since then, my family has been subjected to constant harassment from multiple neighbors making false complaints against us—serious enough to involve the police. My spouse and I are both healthcare workers, I am also a doctorate student, and we are raising a toddler here. Instead of being able to focus on our family, careers, and my education, we’ve had to install security cameras throughout our apartment just to protect ourselves and prove we aren’t doing the things being accused. What makes this even worse is management’s complete lack of support. They take weeks—if they respond at all—to address our concerns. Whenever we provide clear evidence, we’re brushed off with “we can’t choose sides,” all while the harassment continues unchecked. This ongoing situ
Jasmine M. was such a pleasure to work with during our apartment tour. She showed us two different two-bedroom layouts and explained the features of each one in detail. Since we aren’t from the area, it meant a lot that she took the time to answer all of our questions and share helpful information about both the apartments and the community. Her professionalism, kindness, and clear communication made us feel comfortable and welcome. We are still in the process of considering our options, but Jasmine’s help definitely made this community stand out to us.
