We hired Compass almost a year ago to manage our neighborhood HOA, and they are amazing! From the transition, to onboarding, to everyday issues, to emergencies - we couldn't ask for better service. They are super-knowledgeable, easy to get in touch with, responsive, helpful, friendly, and I could go on. Their entire team is wonderful, especially our manager, Kimberley. She is such a great resource and we are thankful to have her as a part of our community!

Properties aren’t inspected for building integrity and vulnerabilities. Rotten wood goes unseen until big problems.

This company is unresponsive to residents, insists issues are "out of their hands" or "there's nothing we can do" essentially taking a deal with it, get over it attitude. They are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Considering selling my house and moving just to not have to ever deal with them again, should a need arise. 👎

Honestly the worst management company I have ever seen. Their properties are Falling apart, they barely ever clean the leaves away or the dirt or trim the grass or trim the trees to the point that they Randomly fall, putting vehicles in danger especially in bad weather their roof Hi, how are you leak. Their gutters are falling off the buildings they take months to do repairs on properties whether it’s structural or maintenance of the property on the outside. The lighting is poor making it easier for crime The concrete is torn up or the pavers in many places they are not being cleaned up or repaired. The parking lot needs to resurfaced. The numbers for the apartments are barely visible. This leads people to be upset if someone is in their spot that’s not even labeled. If this is a company,
