Community Garden Apartments

I really hate these apartments. It’s always a weird smell even when you clean everyday. It’s a smell of cat/cat poop and another weird strange smell that’s hard to explain that’s inside of the apartment. I don’t even own any animals. Manger says “sometimes the smell rises from underneath.” Okay so what are yall doing to fix/control the problem? I pay almost a $1,000 in rent. Why am I relaxing on my bed and get a whiff of that smell? They still have roaches. The smells gets so bad it makes my stomach upset and I literally have to cover my nose for hours. Can’t even eat in peace because of the smell/roaches don’t even want guess over because of the smell/roaches . Like who wants to live like this? I can’t wait to leave this place. I know it’s low income housing, but people deserve better tha

If I could do negative stars I would!! Black mold EVERYWHERE! Everyone in the building came out to talk to us while we were moving my family member out. They all have reported mold to the office!! Nothing has been done and families are getting sick!! Make sure to keep documentation of EVERYTHING in your apartment, and your work order requests! Here are just a few of the pictures I took when moving my family member out. Fyi, this has been going on for a long time, with nothing being done by the office! Happy to say my family member is out, and working on getting better.

The basically threatened to kick me out after two broken ankles... because the apartment isn't cleaned up even though I couldn't get off my feet... i'm still a resident, but i'm bitter mad...

Management have their groundskeepers stalk and watch certain people I was a victim of it. They have taken money I didn’t even have fraudulently. Charged me for things that weren’t any fault of mine. And when I moved out that refused to give me my tenant record stating inhabitable issues with my apartment than go to say I still owe them a cleaning fee. I believe the management is not only involved in criminal activity but allow other criminals to be there as well. If you live there please check for any hidden cameras and be aware of how much you’re watched by these people. It’s creepy and they need to be held accountable.

My apartment had a Lice and Dust Mite problem! The old owners took better care of having the grounds sprayed and buildings sprayed for bugs! I lived here 9 yrs and they had 3 different owners. Don't live here any longer than possible!
