They are always asking for money. The monthly assessment is going up 85 dollars from 216 to 300 January 1st 2026, that’s after requiring a 500 dollar assessment due by the end of December 2025 and after requiring owners hire their own plumber to do an inspection! All in 2025.

Completely nonresponsive when I called multiple times to find out how to pay my HOA dues upon buying a condo. Then, I receive certified mail about my fees being delinquent. So, clearly communication is not an issue. I sent an email asking for information on how to pay. If I get a response, I'll consider updating this review. But according to my neighbors and all of these reviews, I'm not expecting a response.

This "company" frankly doesn't care about you, their job, or themselves as is evident with all the 1-star reviews. Did you know, according to google.com, only 5% of businesses on Google have an average star rating below 3. This "company" can't even get 2! Let's applause their incredible achievement of finding such lows. Who knew expecting toddler levels of communication would be asking too much?

These people suck, I have attempted several times to work with them on simple issues they can't seem to resolve. The come up with a lot of petty reasons not to do their work. I have attempted to work them for the past two weeks to pay bills to them and they get really hateful and petty. These people simply don't want to do their job which is why they don't accept phone calls or respond to e mails on time. I plan on seeing if we can change management companies. These people don't seem to want to do their jobs. I had attempted to work towards paying my bill online and they kept throwing back the documents telling me they weren't filled out properly and we went through that dance for almost two weeks. Worst ordeal ever. Have a condo under contract, no mention of pet policy. Buyers absolutely had to be certain their 34 lb. dog would be permitted. I emailed Sydney Carmichael on Thursday asking this simple question. By Monday still no response. Listing agent sent docs from sale four years ago, no mention of dogs. On Monday I emailed again quite strongly urging her to provide me with a simple answer. She responded telling me I am not her client and she would not be put on a time frame to respond to me just so that I could make a sale.
