They manage our community and are unprofessional, rude, fail to follow through, fail to appropriately manage vendors and ask me, as a resident, to perform their duties.

Would give 0 stars if it where an option !! Ruby has the worst customer service in the world very condescending and rude !! Has a can’t help you attitude and only wants to tell you how there “process” works. Never do buisness with this company they will run you around in circles and never update you on issues !! RUBY SHOULD BE FIRED HAVE HEARD MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS ABOUT HER!!!

Unresponsive. Adversarial. Poor customer service. Have had several difficulties dealing with this organization and would not recommend them under any circumstances. One giant headache. If this is your management company, I'd suggest you solve your own problems.
