There is a reason they only have a 1-star rating out of 5 stars. They NEVER answer their calls, and NEVER respond to their emails. I have called every phone number listed from So. UT to No. UT. They raised the reinvestment fee from $295.00 to 1/2% of gross sales price PLUS another $400 for admin. fee, payoff and other junk fees and nowhere to find where these fees were approved or recorded in the CCR's or any other governing HOA documents. BEWARE SELLERS WHEN YOU GO TO SELL YOUR HOME - THESE FEES ARE HIDDEN - AT LEAST AS OF THE WRITING OF THE REVIEW.

I needed some help updating my profile on the HOA records. My husband passed away 5 years ago and their recirds still showed his name as tne if the residents in the home . As I recently married agsin, the need to change the name on the record was needed. Dausy was very kind and respectful and walked me through the steps I needed to up date my billing records and to change the name on their records. She was great and made the process seem easy.

This company manages the HOA where I have a vacation rental. I left a message for them at 9 AM this morning and they never returned my call, I called again at 1:20 PM and was able to have someone help me. Her name was Daisy, and she was very helpful. The reason for the three stars, I don’t know if their system communicates to their staff that they need to return calls or what. Who knows if they would’ve called me back or not.

I’ve been very pleased with our account representative Heather. She has been attentive to our needs very accommodating and even apologetic when she needs to be. We’ve had a good experience with her. I am disappointed though that the company has adopted two year extensions to their management agreements, and they are not willing to accommodate when you want to be released from your contract..

Donna is the best! She really took the time to answer questions. I appreciated how polite and knowledgeable she was. She represented your company extremely well.
