This company is worse than useless. Our HOA board (unfortunately) uses CAM to manage our HOA. Our particular property manager, Pam Reid, has provided some of the worst, most unprofessional, and downright dishonest "service" I've ever received. She has refused (or strongly delayed) to provide information I'm entitled to per our bylaws and GA state law. She has made up statutes that don't exist in an effort to keep me from getting information. And no wonder! Because when I received (parts of) the information I requested, I discovered she had been paying he husband (Steven Reid) under the table to do "repairs" - some of which he didn't even complete! When confronted about this at our annual HOA meeting she yelled at me in front of everyone saying he was a "preferred vendor" and CAM uses him

This management group that manages Vicker Mills subdivision are not in the best interest for the residents..... stay away from Vickers Mill Subdivision they make their own rules that best fit them..... you will be harassed by the HOA representatives for Vickers Mill they don't even keep common grounds maintained which are not maintained regularly. Vickers Mill entrance is not appealing or inviting.... trash In the front entrance grass and on the streets are the common grounds that should be maintained by HOA...

I have been receiving citations on my account for someone else’s home with the same street number as me. I called the office to let them know about this error and the two people I spoke with were very rude. The receptionist laughed and then put me on hold in the middle of me explaining this issue. The receptionist then transferred me to Rhonda who was also rude. Rhonda tried rushing me off the phone while I was telling her the issue. Rhonda stated there is nothing than can do to stop me from receiving someone else’s citations and I would need to email them anytime it is put on my account in error and they will then remove it. Instead of them ensuring the correct house is receiving a citation instead. This company is a joke.

These guys are the worst. When you call, the property manager is never available and the front desk lies. They are not transparent about fees and are not accredited by the BBB. They issue false citations and use lien claims as scare tactics. HOA fees are increased without advising the community, and board members are added without following proper rules. Board members are allowed to break rules without consequences, while homeowners get fined for minor things. This company is the Law Offices of Lee Mason LLC. I strongly recommend filing a BBB report and reporting them. Two years later, my review has gotten worse, if that is even possible. Today, for the first time in years, I needed to reach out to the office to find out who owns the rental property next-door to me. I used the contact email address that I had used since 2007. The new employee (JESSICA) responded that the previous employee didn't work there anymore and that she didn't have her personal information. I'm not sure what part of my question led this girl to think that she didn't need to answer the question since that was now her job, but here we are. I wrote her back letting her know that I did not need the previous employee's information, but I needed the requested information. She sent back info, but when I called the number and looked the company up online, they are no longer in business. S
