Crystal is a breath of fresh air. She completely turned around our community financial situation by providing multiple options to help. We wouldn’t have been able to get our assessment passed without her guidance. She will surely not stay in her position long as she is very skilled.

My experience with Anne Krohn at CAM has been nothing short of excellent. As an HOA president, I have had experiences with some pretty irresponsible and unresponsive property managers in the past. However, from the moment we started working with Anne she was extremely prompt and responsive to our questions and concerns. She is also kind and easy to work with. Whenever a request was made Anne came through in prompt and efficient manner. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Anne. She is top-notch and high-quality and CAM is fortunate to have her!

F/U 4/5/25: Our HOA community is well-managed? What a joke! After you abruptly terminated our contract, I found a local, reputable management company that values communication and transparency (for less money), but they became apprehensive about working with our community due to mounting concerns about the state of our HOA. They provided a lot of helpful information, though, for which I am grateful. This company would have been a huge benefit to our community, and they advised that members be given a 60-day grace period to pay assessments due to the transition. They also weren't going to nickel and dime us for mailings. I resigned when they walked away...at the same time that we all found out that our "remaining board member" had been dishonest with all of us during our meeting...th

I can not get access to my account. I can not get any information on my account - I just called and the prerecorded message said that someone can be with me in 164 minutes. I literally can not list my property without hearing back from this company and I have been trying now for days. What a terrible customer service experience.... Edit - absolutely baffled that I got a response/excuse on this review DAYS before I got a response from a representative of the company. This is not good business. Additional Edit: It has now been 4 days since my original post and 7 days since originally working to gain access to see my dues. TODAY I was able to access - only to find that CAM had screwed up billing and erroneously assessed hundreds of dollars of incorrect assessments to my account.

Bridget Barker is our CM and she is great! She’s quick to respond and she always has the right answer, which is super helpful! If she doesn’t know the answer, she reaches out to her peers to get the right answer. She ran our annual meeting this year and she is very knowledgeable and did an awesome job. I’m super thankful to have Bridget as our CM!
