I am only giving this rating because Patrick was as diligent and proactive in resolving our issue as he could possibly be. I undersrsnd that things happen and am happy that he got it done for us. There is one big problem and it made me feel like I was being scammed and I only want to give this information so the company can adjust fire and avoid this in the future. It is one employee that lied to me on two occasions and failed completely in disseminating pertinent information, she misinterpreted our contract (to the point that I had to illicit help to legally define what was due to us) and failed in tracking our funds in escrow. Whomever wrote the second check to us even delivered it to an office that we are unfamiliar with and never contacted us to let us know that it was there. This

The closing on my home was handled efficiently and quickly as humanly possible. They walked me through the steps and answered all of my questions without making me feel like an idiot.

Walked in and was greeted by very polite and welcoming ladies, signed some papers and was done! So in my book that's awesome!!! Everybody Rocked, thank you!!!!

Very friendly personnel, the decor is amazing, and they thoroughly went over all our paperwork before signing.

Connie was terrific to work with. My buyers were out of town and she made everything so easy for us all.
