I purchased a home and sold a home this past year. My experience with Commonwealth could not have been better. They were clear and communicated very well throughout the entire process. Very easy to work with them and they were on top of everything. I was shocked how quickly they had the final check for my home sale ready. An A+ experience

Marilyn was very helpful at explaining the process and documents that were being signed. I was not the person signing the documents my parents were but I was able to understand and catch on pretty quickly. Her and the staff even helped my parents when there were problems outside of their control. Her and the staff made this process really easy for my parents and I would definitely be coming here when I am ready to buy my own house !!

I am very frustrated after months of trying to get a title change done with this company. I contacted them back in July and they told me they could do it and how much it would cost. I have followed up repeatedly since then. It is now November and not once have I received a call or an email back. If you don’t want my business that’s fine, just let me know instead of wasting my time. They also did the title when we bought our house and it took months after closing to get the deed and a copy of the new legal description. They blamed Trumbull County and Trumbull County blamed them. Overall, I am disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service.

We had a great experience with Commonwealth! Easy, quick, and everyone was very friendly. Would absolutely recommend!
