Great sales team. They were very patient and answered numerous questions we had with the utmost professionalism. In the end, we decided to delay purchasing and they responded very kindly, without trying to push us into making a decision we weren’t comfortable making. We highly recommend the Toll Brothers sales team and the products they deliver at this location, based not only on quality but service as well. We hope to purchase our home from Toll Brothers in the future.

We had the great pleasure of meeting and working with Brittany Lawrence. I could write a dissertation explaining how great and accommodating she was but I'll simply say this - if we ultimately decide to buy at Commonwealth Place, a considerable amount of credit will be tied directly to Brittany's professionalism and attitude - she's simply amazing!

Excellent location. Walking distance to shops. Toll Brothers models are beautiful with lots of windows and finishes are gorgeous.

Amazing design. I toured two models. They offer both cozy and spacious housing. Plus private garage/parking.
