Commodore Old Town Manchester

Toured The Commondore Old Town Manchester. Jessica was amaazinngg. She answered my questions with confidence & offered great advice as far as decor, furniture staging & unit selection when touring. She is professional & friendly. There are many different floor plans to choose from which is a plus because everyone’s layout taste is different. The area is near downtown which gives you that city feel but not overwhelming & hectic as other complexes. It feels like its own little town. Only downside to this property is garage parking is $100/month but street parking is available with no signs of the 2/4hr limit. Street parking was pretty much open when I came around 4:30p. Also, the fitness center as far as equipment is minimal but can definitely get the job done. Overall, I was very satisfied

After looking at several downtown apartment buildings, the Commodore stood out re apartment quality, amenities, central location, and approachable management. Leasing agent Jessica was so welcoming and showed me multiple apartment options. As someone who usually works from home, having multiple coworking spaces, a huge lobby with lots of tables, and a cafe across the street was a huge plus for me. Our apartment has so much natural light and is surprisingly quiet.

If you are thinking of living at the Commodore, I would highly suggest you keep at the top of your list. I rented my first apartment (ever) after selling my house to move to Richmond at the end of 2024. I was in a bit of a hurry but the location was close to my work and the apartment felt safe and clean, though a little over my budget. The fitness room, pool, and the vicinity to work helped me justify the extra money. For the first few months everything was really great but after six months or so, sadly, my review would not have been so great. Rachel, my original leasing agent was wonderful but sadly moved on to a different position elsewhere. This would be around Spring of 2025. The pool was dirty, my routine treadmill visits were derailed when the first one broke, then the second. Trash

I can’t say enough good things about Jessica Delgado, the leasing Agent at the Commodore! From the very beginning, she made our entire leasing experience stress-free and enjoyable. She was incredibly prompt with getting our lease approved and always kept us updated throughout the process. Jessica went above and beyond to show us multiple apartments until we found the one that felt like home, never rushing us or making us feel like a bother. What really stands out about Jessica is her personality! She’s so kind, patient, and genuinely cares about her residents. Even after we moved in, she continues to be responsive and helpful anytime we have questions or need assistance. This new complex in Manchester is absolutely beautiful! Rachel and Matthew made my move so easy. I’m really impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the management team. The buildings finishes are great quality and I love that there were so many different floor plans to choose from. I was able to find the exact unit to fit my lifestyle. The neighborhood is extremely walkable but the parking garage is an added bonus. This complex in RVA is an absolute gem, well priced luxury apartments with a great view of the city
