Me, my daughter & fiancee used to rent with these guys and they are so friendly & helpful they really work with you if you have any issues and have no problem doing it. We lived on one of their properties for almost two years and we loved it! Was such a beautiful place on Locust st. The receptionist was so nice to us this was beginning of 2018 to late 2019 I think her name was Kate? Or maybe started with a K. and the owner Dave is such a nice man and really gave us an opportunity when others wouldn't. This is a wonderful company to rent from whether it's residential or commercial.

I rent an office in the Airport Gardens building managed by Commercial Project Management and I could not be happier with their level of kindness and respect! They are easy to communicate with and my needs as a tenant are always being met. Jennifer personally comes in and oversees things and it’s so nice to be able to communicate with a real life person in an era filled with virtual communication. I would definitely recommend Commercial Project Management as a management company!

The agent assisting me responded slowly in email, didn't provide the full address of the location, was late and brought a walking small child, maybe 2 years old, to the meeting. The ad posting didn't have all of the information related to the rules, restrictions, of the space. I was overall disappointed with my interactions with this company.

Commercial Project Management is wonderful to work with. They are attentive to their tenants needs and requests. They go above and beyond in showing how much they appreciate their tenants. The personal touch goes a long ways in today's society of modern technology.

We have worked with CPM for a couple of years now and have always had a great experience. Jessica is always on top of it and we have enjoyed working with everyone there. Very professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
