Yasmin was amazing during our apartment tour! From the moment we arrived, she was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. She took the time to show us around and explained everything clearly. She answered all of our questions with patience and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire tour. Her positive attitude and helpfulness really made the experience enjoyable. We have had good communications with one of the most recent Property Managers Criszia David. She has good follow up skills. The grounds have been looking better since she and some other new staff have joined the team that oversees Eagle River Luxury Apartments. The apartments are competitively priced considering the good location near the Boise River Greenbelt.

Update: Jess has been more than helpful whiling to work with me to ensure I have a good experience living here. She’s great!! Dave came to do some maintenance. He truly went above and beyond, I’ve never had a maintenance person so skilled, friendly, and thorough. Very impressed. Commercial North West just started managing my complex and so far I am extremely happy with their service.

This is the most unprofessional property management company I have ever dealt with. It took three times for my roommate and I to get deleted from their lease due to errors on their end. These people do not communicate with each other at all. They also have no idea what they are even talking about half the time and it falls back on the tenant. Maintenance is awful. Good luck getting anything fixed. No matter how long you live at these places, they treat you awful. I truly don’t think that most of what they do is even legal. Not to mention that they will actually try to come after you for money after you're already off the lease and gone. That’s how desperate they are.lYou’re nothing but a check to them. Dane Custodio was amazing to work with! His communication and efforts to help get our issue fixed were excellent! He would update us weekly with where our issue stood and was compassionate towards our situation. We truly appreciate Dane and all his hard work!
