Commerce Towers

Great place to live. Moved from the suburbs to be closer to work. Great staff, clean building, and access to the tunnels.

Wasn’t sure about moving to the downtown area as we have lived in the River Oaks/Uptown area since moving to Houston (6 years). Commerce Tower is super nice and incredibly elegant. The staff are all very seasoned and professional. They are so good at their jobs and theirs information is always spot on. The tunnels are a really nice amenity and accesses so much of the downtown area. If considering a move visit Commerce Towers if you have a chance, the units here have residents that have lived here for years not months. The building setup and super wide hallways are amazing. The location of the building offers views that are unmatched. We’ve been fortunate to have a view that allows us to watch the fireworks on Friday nights at Minute Maid Park. 👍 There is tunnel access here. 👍 There's a food court in the tunnel portion of this building. 👍 They had a really hot (male) security guard here. 🤜 There's housing in the upper levels of the building. I came here for a hook-up over a decade ago and can't judge the rest of the building based on his... umm. "performance" or decoration. 👎 In 2024, the homeless have become a problem within the tunnels. They hang out in the food court and stop people on their lunch breaks to ask for money. I have never seen security remove the homeless from the tunnels.

One of the best spots downtown

Visited the Amazing A Private Invitation Catering (API Catering Kitchen) Restaurant in the Commerce Towers food court and it was soooo good! Good was fresh and seasoned to perfection! I hope they continue to do Sunday Brunch in addition to their weekly lunch offerings!
