Biggest waste of HOA dollars. Good luck getting them out of their cars. They make mall security looks like a SWAT team. Want to park without a pass? Just nose in so they can’t see your dash from the comfort of their car. Neighbor has a fire pit that can’t be seen from the road? Too bad, they’d have to get out of the car to see it

Not a great management company, they are reactive as opposed to being proactive leading to many dissatisfied residents. Never prompt on follow up if you can even get a hold of someone, calls to management go unanswered and solutions are never found. *** Years later here we are and nothing has changed. What type of management company send you correspondence and then Dodges your response for weeks? It's almost impossible to get ahold of anybody. I've had to go so far as to go to a council meeting and speak to the owner prior to the meeting. You would have thought he was getting his teeth pulled. If I were looking for a property management company I would look elsewhere if you want prompt follow up, thing completed, and friendly staff .

Mannie is possibly the most unprofessional human being they have yet to work the front desk. Hung up twice on a resident, gave private details of a residents situation to another non related resident and she does not know how to speak with respect. Since there is “no one above her” that will get back to me , I will put it here

We work with multiple management companies as we are real estate entrepreneurs and hands down COMET is the worst. Many reasons to list but, it has to come from the top. Phone calls are never returned, scheduled work due by the association is never started, front desk help is rude and ignorant, they only know how to demand timely payments.

Love where I live but comet is the worst management company that has completely turned me off to ever owning a condo. They're a money grab scheme that just look for ways to make more money off of you. Because of this, I think I'll be leaving once my lease is up, all thanks to comet.
