Drought conditions, as a homeowner I’m restricted to watering my lawn but this company has no regards! For 3 days I brought it to their attention that some sprinklers were going 24/7. Unable to call their office, I called their hotline..several times now!

I am a 65 year old man…. I fell down hard in another hole in the parking lot of Whole Foods “managed” by Cesar at combine property. He has so far refused to call me back so I can suggest at minimum to spray paint with bright color. I would suspect if Someone would bring a lawsuit to them they might take action….Maybe UPDATE: Caesar did call me back and seem genuinely proactive…. I haven’t been by the parking lot to check…. Combined Properties, owners of the Crown Apartments, if we could give you zero stars we would. We rented at the Crown properties for three years, since the building first opened. Never once did we miss a rent payment in three years, paying over $130K total over those three years. At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, I lost my job. We (my wife and I) let the building know, even offering to provide documentation about our financial situation. On top of that, the building cut off all access to all amenities - roof, gym, and hot tub - without any reduction in rent.
