Been here for almost 4 years. Will be 4 years in January and I recommend you finding somewhere else to live. It’s like waiting for a year to get something fixed and the favoritism game is played a lot here. Stay away from this place!
"I have been a loyal tenant at Columbus Place for 13 years, yet management is refusing to renew my lease without a single personal conversation. This is happening while I am facing open-heart surgery, showing a complete lack of empathy for long-term residents. Beyond the poor treatment, there are unaddressed mold issues in the building and blatant favoritism shown by the manager toward certain tenants. It is devastating to be treated like a nobody after over a decade of reliability. Avoid this place if you value fair treatment and a healthy living environment.
