Love it here! Very quiet, responsive maintenance and the office staff are all top tier! Very grateful I chose Columbus Park to call home, they make it so easy to love this place🫶🏼

It would make me happy if a sinkhole opened up underneath Columbus park apartments and swallowed this place whole. I unfortunately lived here from March 2024-February 2025 and I’ve never been excited to leave a place more in my entire life. Before I moved in, I tried to schedule a tour only to be told that they don’t do tours for one bedroom apartments which was red flag number one but I was in a hurry to move so I signed the lease without ever viewing the unit first. After I picked up my keys I was immediately asked to write a google review about how the place looked before I got to experience what it was really like living here. The inside of my one bedroom apartment was actually pretty big but that’s absolutely the only good thing I can say about this place. It’s incredibly filthy, dirt

I moved in January 2024 and was initially very satisfied with my experience. However, over time, ongoing noise disturbances from the apartment above have significantly affected my comfort and well-being. Despite notifying the landlord — who addressed the issue temporarily — the problem has since returned. While I understand that this is a lower-income community and try to be understanding, the persistent noise has made it difficult to relax and focus, even impacting me professionally. I am grateful to have had a home here for the year, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend it based on my experience, and I do not intend to renew my lease.

Ikran was incredibly helpful throughout the entire move-in process! What stood out most was her approachability and patient attitude, making what could have been an overwhelming experience much easier to handle. She was real positive, and I would highly recommend relying on her support if you're facing a similar transition. It’s comforting to know someone dependable is there to assist along the way.

Ikran has been a delight to connect with when there is any issues. She’s very direct and straightforward. Doesn’t beat around the bush like the others. Also she’s very polite with a positive attitude
