Columbia Landing Apartments

I would not recommend this community, even if the rent seems more affordable than nearby options. Once the lease is signed, communication and maintenance become very difficult. The office is often closed during business hours with frequent "training" or "lunch" notices. Usually no reply by email and 9/10 times they will not pick up the phone, which makes it hard to reach someone when issues come up. I stopped by the office 3 days in a row once, all different times of day, all three times, CLOSED. Parking is an issue. If you're not home by 6/7pm good luck finding a spot. My court had a "parking by permit only" sign out front but we never had any to begin with. There are roaches and mice everywhere. You have a better chance taking care of them yourself then what the exterminator will do for

I have lived in this apartment complex for almost 2 years, and it has been an absolute nightmare. The management is completely unresponsive to any complaints or requests for maintenance. Despite multiple attempts to get in touch, my issues have gone ignored, and the condition of my apartment continues to deteriorate. Basic amenities like water and heating are frequently out of order, and when you try to get help, you are met with nothing but silence. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing to pay rent on time and receive such poor service in return. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values their peace of mind and quality of life.

For 11 days I am unable to use the bathtub because the maintenance team is unable to repair a leak. Very un respectful and arrogant manager refuses to hear the complaint. This is unacceptable.

The manager is extremely rude. I called to request a proof of move-out, and Cindy told me she would send it in 10 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes, I called back, and she then said she would send it by the end of the day. She then abruptly ended the call. On top of that, they are looking for any excuse to keep the security deposit. I definitely do not recommend this place. The customer service is awful and they change the management every 3 months due to the lack of knowledge and professionalism.

I really hate to say this, but my time living at Columbia Landing has been pretty disappointing. The common areas are always dirty, and it's clear that cleanliness isn't a priority here. Whenever I had a maintenance issue, it took forever to get a response, even for urgent problems. Communication from the management was almost non-existent, leaving me in the dark about important updates. To top it all off, I was unfairly charged for damages that weren't my fault. Overall, living here was not a pleasant experience at all.
