Sam is such a kind heartwarming person. We ask them to change out our old carpets and new carpets because we’ve been living in our apartment for about five years and she was really nice to us. Everyone in their stuff is so nice and the apartments are well managed over the years we’ve had such a wonderful experience living here I love how our apartment is more than just Complex it’s a community we all help each other out and it’s really amazing to see how much it People put in the effort to help each other out thank you to the Colombia Hills staff and Sam

Got my first apartment last year around this time and it has been an AWESOME EXPERIENCE, Mr. Ronald Gonzalez has helped me a lot by explaining all rules and information that I needed to know and he took his time with me as he knew I was transitioning into adulthood. This place means a lot me because I grew up in this same apartment, this neighborhood with my mom and now I get to live in it on my own. It can’t get no better than that, Shout out to all the leasing office staff for helping me with questions and concerns as well my good friend Mr Ronald.. Also Shout out to all graduates of Wakefield as I am the class of 2020.

All staff members from Columbia hills, Ronald, Emily, Yasmin, and Sam are an amazing team! Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. Such a bright team, thank you for all the support and for helping me with my move in! I recommend this property location for anyone who is looking for a great community with such a positive staff group.

Columbia Hills apartment complex offers truly affordable housing, which is hard to find these days. The management team is responsive, professional, and easy to work with. I stop the manager on his way home (Sam) and he took time out to speak to me. He could have said wait and call the office tomorrow. The advice he gave made my breath a little better. They keep communication open and clear, which makes a big difference living in this community . The staff is always attentive and helpful—it's clear they genuinely care about the residents. Overall, this is a supportive community.

I’ve had a great experience at Columbia Hills Apartments. The staff here is truly helpful and welcoming. Ron has been especially helpful, always professional, kind, and quick to assist whenever I’ve needed something. Cassandra, the manager, is also fantastic. She runs things smoothly and is always approachable and understanding. The community is clean, well-maintained, and in a convenient location. Definitely appreciate the level of care they put into making this a comfortable place to live.
