Columbia Glade

I’ve been living here since 2023 and honestly couldn’t be happier. The management team is great and always takes care of things quickly. Ferah especially has been amazing, super helpful, honest, and just really easy to talk to. She actually cares about the residents, which makes a big difference. It’s been a really good experience living here!

We have been living in this property for four years, but this has definitely been the worst year. This is the third flood in less than a month, from June 18th to today, Monday, July 14th. This new management, which we didn't know had already changed, is rude, with a very bad attitude, they don't respond to emergency calls, and the few times that Fredy answers our calls, his responses are rude and he does NOT want to solve the problem. His team is just as rude or even ruder than Fredy. The only two times they came to see what the problem was, they did so with a very bad attitude, leaving the front door open without a key and causing damage to the property, scratching the door and walls. For $2,100 a month, the least you expect is a decent place to live. Because every year the rent increases

Farrah is my go to person and she is awesome. Always ready to help. The manager is also very personable and professional. I will recommend the C Glade to others.

In my time here, the office and maintenance staff have been helpful, courteous, and competent. Anytime I submitted a work order, it was completed the same day. Such is not the case everywhere; this property is in good hands.

Such a pleasant community. Kind and attentive management. Beautiful apartments and wonderful landscaping. Well maintained pool area and parking areas. Kind neighbors.
