After my dad passed, I knew we would have to sell their house. Mom could not stay there alone. I was a Taconic Hills graduate, and sort of new John Avenia from high school, and contacted him to be our agent to sell mom's house. I live in TN, so this was a mostly remote transaction. John was very helpful during the whole process, and was our advocate, especially when problems were found during the inspection. I was very happy with the whole process, and recommend John and Margaret sincerely.

When it came time to sell my father's home, Margaret was there every step of the way. I lived out of town down in Georgia in my sister in New York city so not in the same town as dad's home.
