Nice apartments!! And clean as well I stayed there last year. If you need help and understanding with an issue just talk to the people in the front office they are very understanding. Especially the property manager she’s so understanding and helpful. My best advice is to get to know and make a bond with they in the front office and you will be well taking care of!!!

Always on point this Management team is!! I moved in about 2 months ago and must say, I love it. Always professional, Courteous, attentive and plain ole just Right. Everyone from the office to the maintenance crew makes it feel wonderful to live in this neighborhood! Ms. Breanna, Ms. Mya, Ms laqueshia( if I steeled that right) are one heck of a team and let’s not to forget to shout out Mr. Greg and the Maintenance Crew! Thank you for being great and making this living experience Awesome. Me and my kids are very grateful!!!

Visited Colton Creek Apartments to get info for future planning. Had the pleasure of meeting A.J. aka Mr. Anthione. A.J. was AWESOME!! Not only was he very knowledgeable & friendly, he was also patient & gave great advice concerning relocating. This was very refreshing to see in a young man who is my son's age. A.J.'s stellar professionalism & customer service is clearly paving him a path to have a very successful future. ASK FOR A.J. upon visiting. 😊

AJ was super super super patient with all of my 1000 questions and concerns. AJ allowed me to tour two different units. Transitioning from a house to an apartment for a year comes with many doubts. I am confident that living in this community temporarily will provide what I need during this transition.

A country gal came to the city and I am loving it here!! I have the perfect quiet community of residences! Close to everything. I don’t have to drive an hour to Target anymore 🥹🥹 THE LITTLE THINGS!! The staff is very communicative and friendly! Car wash onsite! The convenience of valet trash is a benefit as well! Did I mention gated? 😌Just take a tour! You won’t regret it! And if you want to be close to Atlanta but not in the mix, you will find a home here at CC!
