Colorado Station Apartments

My fiancée and I have lived at Colorado Station for almost 3 years now and we are really happy and satisfied with just about every aspect of living in this apartment. The facilities are really solid, everything is very well maintained and it actually feels like they care about making it a nice place to live. We’ve had great experiences with getting maintenance done, and everyone on the maintenance team has been great to work with, shoutout Eric for installing our new showerhead for us and Hunter for coming to look at our dishwasher even though it wasn’t even actually broken. Stuff like that that is beyond just “doing the minimum“ and really helps give us that peace of mind with our living situation. Nick Bersagel is a life saver and an incredible asset to RedPeak Colorado Station. Nick has personally helped me in several situations including helping me recover my medication after hours on a Saturday night. Very few people have such a positive attitude and dedication to their work! I’m very grateful 🙏 to Nick and all of the amazing staff at Colorado Station!!

I would like to thank Logan & Hunter from the Red Peak maintenance team for the excellent work they did in my apartment . It was not a small job and these guys were all business , replacing my dishwasher , exhaust fans , kitchen drawers , and a few other small things. They were fast , professional , worked clean and got it done in record time . Security was never a problem and they were awesome to my puppy as well . Alex Alex has been a fantastic maintenance technician. He's great at communicating what's going on with the repair. He recently fixed an issue with my apartment, I'm so grateful for his expertise and dedication. He's also incredibly professional and leaves the work area spotless. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of maintenance services.

Our toilet overflowed the night we moved in. Called emergency maintenance, Alex and Logan came out the next weekday, replaced it, and we couldn't be happier. Both guys are kind, professional, and quick on the job.
