Colony Square Apartments

I moved here a year ago and just renewed my lease for a second year and I must say I love my apartment. It’s quiet and convenient for the commute to work. I have not had any issues with my apartment and my neighbors are very friendly. The community is clean and for the area I have not experienced any drama. I look forward to another prosperous year.

We had a positive experience overall. Maintenance was responsive, they replaced our front door with a new one quickly. The apartment was spacious and comfortable (we lived in a Renovated unit, which may differ from Classic ones). During our stay on the third floor, we saw almost no cockroaches, just a couple over many months, and traps stayed empty. MUCH BETTER than expected based on older reviews.

I moved here in April and Ive only seen one or two roaches bk in April May. my neighbors are nice! Ive had no problems with the one bedroom part of complex.

DO NOT MOVE HERE – SAVE YOUR MONEY! This place is a nightmare. The apartments are roach infested, unsafe, and management does not care about residents or their belongings. There are shootings happening almost every day—you’ll never feel safe here. On top of that, someone broke into my car and management showed zero concern. They’re completely inconsiderate, dismissive, and only care about collecting rent. If you value your safety, peace of mind, and property, do NOT live here. There are plenty of better places to spend your money.

Katrina is amazing. From the tour to the application process she was simply amazing. She’s very knowledgeable and a great communicator. She made my move in process a breeze. I’m a new tenant. So far the property is quiet. I have an updated two bedroom two bath. The apartment was clean when I moved in and a few appliances were moved so I know that someone came to treat for bugs . Unlike other reviews I have seen ZERO BUGS .
