After touring Colony House, I can honestly say that it instantly felt like home. From the moment I walked in, it was cozy and welcoming. Sue greeted me with a smile that made me feel welcome without any pressure, and even the maintenance staff I passed gave a friendly nod and smile that felt genuinely kind and approachable. It wasn’t just polite—it felt real, like everyone there actually cares about the people who live there. That kind of authenticity is rare and it really stood out to me. It’s the kind of community that’s quiet and peaceful, yet not isolating. You can enjoy your own space, but there’s also a sense of support if you want it. We recently lived in the colony apartments and loved it! Sue helped us with no issues and was very friendly and accommodating. She found us an apartment that worked for our family of four. Tommy made sure that everything was fixed in a timely matter and would go above and beyond to help. Chris always had the hallways clean and we were always greeted with a smile when we saw her! Everybody was so responsive. If you are looking for a safe and nice place to rent, this is it!

Went to tour another apartment nearby and ended up at Colony house. Sue helped me find exactly what I was looking for in my timeframe. She has been more than helpful and made my moving experience amazing. I highly recommend Colony House apartments!

This is exactly what I wanted and needed. My actual apt was freshly painted and thoroughly cleaned before I moved in. The walls are a neutral color so it’s a blank space to make your own. The kitchen is a little dated but I like to call it “vintage” and just roll with it. Very happy that for having a dishwasher and a laundry room right across the hall- with only three other apartments sharing one laundry room it almost feels like your own personal washer and dryer! And the loads are .75 each which is a deal when I looked at other complexes in the area where loads cost $2 and up with a laundry room floors away. I felt incredibly safe there and appreciated how quiet the complex is yet easily accessible to shopping and has the safety and convenience car of a PNC bank, a church, and a 24/7 CVS

So unprofessional behavior of the associate we called. We called her and took an appointment at 3.00 o clock. She mentioned if we are there by 3:00 o clock that's is absolutely fine for her. We were driving from 30 miles away and about reach there a 2:59pm When gave her a call at 2:50 and told her we will be there by 2:59, she said rudely " you are late!" And she said she wouldn't wait for us. How unprofessional. We already drove 25 miles and we had to drive back home. Not recommending this place for horrible customer service towards prospective residence.
