Another warm night in September still equals roach reunions after 10pm. This is an okay place to live but MANAGEMENT WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT THE ROACH PROBLEM. So I did:) I bought 4 tubes of this coachroach gel bait and look at what it brought out:)First picture is the start. Then ten minutes later there’s SIXETY ROACHES. They will eat this then hopefully die. Thanks for NOTHING colony hill.

I have lived here for less than a year, and has been a terrible experience. The community sits on a main water line that has been broken and shut of 3 separate occasions for 5 to 7 days each time with water. This is a huge inconvenience for multiple obvious reasons and one happened during the blizzard. It is only a decent place to reside if you do not need water.

We've lived here far too long. Normally you'd temporarily rent until you can save up to afford a house, but rent has become so insane it's impossible. We're trapped. In 15 years the rent went from $1000 to almost $1800. Rent has almost doubled. I can't get ahead. I don't know how any young person just starting out will get a home unless they live with their parents and save for it. Renting is no longer the affordable alternative to buying a home. Not to mention they won't spend a dime investing in their customers. The AC units are all 60+ years old, the washers and dryers are constantly broken, they charge you if you don't cut your own yard when they have a whole crew coming out to cut the lawn anyway - and the yards are tiny, ...but at least they're giving away crockpots and other garbag

Colony hills is a quiet, nice and safe place to live. I have not had a single issue with the maintenance staff that’s onsite every single day. Phone calls to the leasing office are answered and it’s more than fine living here for the money they ask for. However, sometimes inside for some townhomes and apartments but definitely outside. THERE IS A ROACH PROBLEM!!! From 10pm to 4am there is a roach party outside and it’s disturbing to look at. This place looks perfect during the day but roaches at night. Of course I have called the leasing office multiple times but no resolution. PLEASE FIX THE ROACH PROBLEM OUTSIDE FOR THE ENTIRE COMPLEX!!!!! It’s getting colder and of course bug problems get better in the winter but omg it was SO BAD in the the summer. These pictures are from a warm night

A warm night in September equals a roach party😀nice enough apartment complex. However, THERE ARE ROACHES. I’m praying they all just die in the winter. Colony hill please combat this problem. I understand you can’t always fix it, you can however COMBAT IT. Not even 12am and I can count at least 15 roaches. The last picture is at 1:30Am CRAZY. To the colony hill representative… DONT RESPOND, FIX THE PROBLEM. I will goto google reviews, facebook, tiktok, instagram and twitter… I have no problem PLUMMETING the reviews and spreading the word…
