Colony was great to work with. They made what would’ve been a stressful process quite enjoyable. When we originally contacted Colony, they didn’t have lots available in the neighborhood we wanted & their team was committed to finding us exactly what we wanted and in our price range! Once we located the lot, planning and building was a breeze. Home was finished in less time than originally promised & with very high quality. We’re very happy we chose Colony!

We had an excellent experience building with Colony Custom Homes. This is actually the third home we've build over the last 20 years and this is by far the best experience we've had! John sat down with us during the planning process to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. We used an existing floor plan and were able to customize to exactly what we wanted and I love that it's unique from others. John's attention to detail and communication throughout the building process were excellent; I couldn't have asked for a more engaged builder. There were of course a few things that needed corrected during the building process and even a couple of minor fixes after (there will be these minor things with any builder). We came into the build process after the foundation was poured and layout planned but we were able to customize nearly everything else. Fact is, we didn’t really need to because we loved what was already selected for the interior. This home is gorgeous and the floor plan is perfect for our needs. John and associates were always responsive to our questions, courteous and cared about the quality of work. We love our home and would recommend Colony to anyone looking to build.

John and his team at Colony Custom Homes were so wonderful to work with during the process of building our home. Everything was very well planned out and communication on progress and changes were responded to very promptly! We love our home and are so appreciative of all the hard work they put in to make this our dream house! We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to build a custom home!
