We have been tenents for almost 2 years now , reasonably priced studio apartments with half or full kitchens , nothings ever perfect , but thank you to Clara and her team take care of everything as long as you communicate respectfully. We are greatful to have a home ❤️
This Place is infested with rocaches, nothing in the apartments works, when it rains it leaks throughout the apartment. new management Aven does nothing, they just money hungry, we went from paying 900 to 1400, and have to share the apartment with roaches. code enforcement does nothing, IF YOU MOVE HERE YOU WOULD BE THE DUMBEST PERSON IN THE WORLD, THESE APARTMENTS ARE NOT EVEN WORTH 50 CENT!!!
