Good place to stay, Management is good. Old built. Mostly occupied by Indians.
I've enjoyed my living space for about 3 years now. Both the inside and outside are accommodating. Office management and staff are always pleasant and helpful. My family and I love that the outdoor space is always clean.
if you like the stench of cigarettes and roaches, you'll love it here!
I'm not a fan of smelling curry anymore, especially in the morning. The kids are out of control and the parents are usually nowhere to be seen. One day there were over 60 kids playing with not a single adult present. Even kids walking around in diapers without adult supervision! And when the kids would "play," the apartment would shake so much that pictures, et cetera would fall off of the walls. VERY loud I moved out a few years ago, and am VERY relieved I did. Management was no help at all.
The apartments are mostly below grade so there’s lot of mold in the units and they just hide it with paint and don’t take the necessary steps to remediate the water issue. Also the management AND staff are rude and unprofessional I would give this place a negative 5 stars if I could RENTERS BEWARE MOLD EVERYWHERE!!!
