I miss living there i didn't move because j wasn't happy I moved because I had to,its a great place to live ,my apartment was very clean and cozy

Horrible communication issues. Management was “out of the office” when I called. This wasn’t just one person, this was every person I asked for pertaining to a different issue. I left ONE message asking not to be directed to the property manager because my complaint was about them. The message was forwarded anyway. No one in management speaks to each other. I provided detailed information about a payment my rental insurance made and a week later, I receive a “pay or quit” notice. I was moving anyway and I don’t owe anything, so the only thing that needed to be discussed is where they needed to send my security deposit. After that, I receive a phone call from the property manager asking when I’m going to pay the amount. Shouldn’t this information have been shared between the management? I

Do not rent from Colony Apartment Homes! Go to an extended stay before you deal with these unprofessional, unaccomodating, careless people. I’ve been living in a mold infested apartment since 2016. And since 2017, when noticed, I’ve been reporting the issues. The only thing good about this place is the maintenance crew. They are honest. This place should have been renovated years ago. No improvements have been made and no one communicates unless they feel that your comments will go further than them! They did fix the bedrooms in 2021 but in 2022 they had to come back for the bathroom….they are cheap and they don’t care about their residents.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT A THING HERE....You can clearly see that from other reviews here. I'm not the only one stating this issue so....there HAS to be something to it. If you have a question to ask that can NOT be answered by the property manager....DON'T BOTHER trying to get in touch with anyone in the office. Specifically Stephanie Mosely, she will flat out refuse to speak to anyone outside of the community. Not sure where this stuck up attitude comes from but....you surely will not get any assistance from anyone within the Colony office. It doesn't matter to them if it costs them a lease, they don't care. Potential residents are not important enough to them. If you are someone that values good customer service.....take your business elsewhere cause you will be wasting your time

The worst company to work for or to live at! Gave a 2 weeks notice and worked until my last day and they still charged me with damages that were already in the apartment that I moved in. Turned the apartment myself and it looked better when I left than when I moved in. It's all about the money. They put bad remarks on my rental history so I'm forced to pay for damages so I can have them removed. They also play favorites! It doesn't matter how hard you work......it matters if they like you or not!
