Colonnade at Willow Bend

I lived here a few years ago and had to deal with an infestation of worms. I would wake up every morning and there were hundreds of worms on the floor and walls. An awful nightmare. And I see per a recent review that things have not changed at all. I asked the management many times to do something about it and they never would. I finally had to move out early because the apartment was not fit to live in. Then, they had the audacity to report me to collections.

A big shout out to Gaby for an excellent tour! She is very helpful and detailed, she discussed several options and gave a great tour. Look for Gaby when you visit this place. The property is very clean and in great location also!!!

I’m going to do them a favor and just move but don’t rent here. They sent a new maintenance dude over twice without a warning. He had no shirt identification that he worked on property no shirt no work order, so twice I said not a chance and didn’t let the guy in. So it’s my fault now and the third time I reached out three maintenance men show up to fix the microwave, dishwasher, ice machine in freezer, and garbage disposal. Yeah, they are all broke as. This place is just old. They don’t invest in the units they cut corners. The guy hit the reset button (apparently there’s a reset button) on garbage disposal. They could have troubleshoot when he came by twice. Then they said everything was fixed and abruptly left. The dude put a cleaning supply in dishwasher demanded my attention

This is a complete disregard for tenant well-being. Avoid at all costs! 🚫⚠️🚫

Original review: So far so good! My lease just started this month, but it’s already been the best experience I’ve had dealing with any apartment complex. Agents are super responsive, Gaby was extremely helpful during the application/leasing process. Grounds are clean. Apartment was in pretty good shape. I didn’t have to scrub grout or clean blinds/window sills on move in day. I do wish this place came with some storage though. The normal patio storage isn’t available due to the water heater. Update: 4 months in. 3 weeks ago my 7yo was attacked by another tenants dog, and the entire incident was handled with very little compassion or enthusiasm. Considering all the detailed info and photos they collected when I registered my own dog, I thought I’d have some help finding the animal. 2 days
