I live here and take care of the place myself. I was surprised to see the reviews saying there’s no maintenance. There are two full-time maintenance technicians, and the office is open from 9 am to 7 pm almost every day (including weekends). The water payment issue was true. The residents hooked up their washers and didn’t report the water leak. Now, the management is working with the Franklin water department to fix the problem. As a rule, the water department has to give notice and address it to the residents. I’m not sure why the residents are saying there is poor maintenance. The ones that are reported through email or the app are fixed right away.. (Rmresident app)

Does anyone have a contact number someone will answer? Is there a maintenance crew number? How do I get maintenance issues resolved? This place adds cost for things to your rent without notice. Also recieved a letter from the city stating they were shutting off the complex water due to lack of payment. Place need better management.

Amazing property! Best staff! Best maintenance! Would highly recommend renting here as this property has highly improved.
