Colonial Village Apartments

I lived in Colonial Village for two years and moved out a month ago. The buildings are definitely old and you do have to share washers and dryers with others. But I had no complaints. Management was great and maintenance was super responsive in fixing things. The move out process was also very smooth and I was able to get back the full security deposit. Location is great and I loved being in a super walkable and safe area.

I was looking at different apartment options in Glastonbury and I liked the location of Colonial Village. The new townhome layouts were also appealing to me. In speaking with Alyson, she was extremely helpful during the application process and with some details about the move in process. Since I've been there, I've gotten to know a number of the neighbors and there is a sense of community within many of them. As with any apartment, there have been some minor maintenance issues but they have a convenient app for tenants to report questions or requests. Anything that I've submitted has always been addressed promptly. I'm happy that I chose Colonial Village Apartments and am extremely satisfied with the support that Alyson and the other staff has provided.

We had an awesome experience living in this society. It has got all the facilities and amenities like swimming pool, gym , etc etc. Also, they have the gas burners in kitchen rather than the electronic ones. The heating is operated by gas which is a plus with wooden flooring being cherry on the top. You will not be needing humidifier at all(Humidifier is must if the heating is done via Air conditioner) . The electric bill will be less as only your appliances will be running on electricity. Gas ,water and heat is included in your monthly rent. To take care of you and your family, we have got a very helping lease manager "Elizabeth". She will never fail to entertain you with her quick response on every matter. We've lived in Colonial Village for years, and it's truly been a beautiful place to raise our children, who are now 11 and 13. This neighborhood is more than just a place to live—it's a real community where people look out for one another and offer help when it's needed. Our kids have grown up here, formed diverse friendships, and always had a safe, fun environment to come home to. The pool is one of our favorite spots during the summer, and the office staff is consistently helpful, responsive, and friendly. They really care about making this place feel like home. Of course, like anywhere, you may hear a few negative voices—usually from people who don’t stick around long. I’ve been living here for just over a year and can honestly say that this is the best apartment complex I’ve ever called home! The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly, always going above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. The amenities are top-notch there's the beautiful pool area, and the landscaping is always pristine. My apartment is spacious, modern, and well-equipped with everything I need for comfort. The location is perfect, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. It truly feels like a community here, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live here.
