Colonial Townhouse Apartments

So far, so good! I've been here a short while, but I can see me enjoying my time here. It seems to be a fairly quiet neighborhood. I had a very last-minute move-in, and the team here made the process smooth and stress-free. Sade'shia was an excellent leasing agent, kind, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. The maintenance supervisor, Shawn, has also been amazing. Any small things I needed for the apartment were taken care of quickly, all within the same week. I moved in with very little that needed attention, and everything was handled promptly. I believe I will thoroughly enjoy my time living here, thanks to such a great staff and community.

Ashley has been a true joy. Even though my application did not get approved, she was very informative, patient, and knowledgeable.

The property manager denied my husband application and made a false accusation against me and said I had an eviction wich is not true, the property needs better manager at least someone who knows how to manage the system. other than that Ashley is extremely excellent 👏..

My move-in experience at Colonial Townhouse Apartments has been so smooth and positive. I’m truly grateful for Sade’shia, who has been incredibly helpful, patient, and kind every step of the way. She has answered and continues to answer all of my questions with care and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. The townhomes themselves are very nice, and the neighborhood feels safe, welcoming, and family-oriented.
