Rebecca Fines scheduled a showing of our property knowing it’s occupied. Her and the clients were no call/no show even though it’s as easy as clicking a button on the app to cancel. Even if it was a last minute cancellation, we wouldn’t have had to wrangle the pets/kids to sit in a car for over 30 minutes for nothing. Really unprofessional
