Colonial Parke Apartments

Just moved in to my amazing apartment, and absolutely love it!!! The community is so great, the office people were just the sweetest! And the manager was a 10/10, so kind and helpful! Can't wait to get to know everyone around here! I would definitely recommend this place!!! The apartment is quite spacious and not too pricey which is great in this current economy!

If you want to live in a safe and clean space this is a wonderful place to live. The staff are friendly and very attentive. If you have any problems with your apartment they're there in a flash to help fix the problem. And they make sure that it is fixed in a timely manner. You're always greeted with a smile by all. As a female you can walk at night without having to be fearful for your life. The little dog park is great for your fur babies to run around in. It's always clean and safe for your fur baby as well.

I have only been here for 6 months, but I absolutely love it here!!! The office staff and maintenance staff are amazing. The neighbors are so friendly! The grounds are always maintained and I always feel safe!! The apartment is perfect not too pricey, and it’s clean and well taken care of of!!

I waited to leave this review to make sure I wasn’t overreacting. I will be completely honest about my time living at Colonial Parke. The staff including the maintenance crew were pleasant and tended to any needs that I had. The issues I experienced are the following: When showing you the model of the apartment, you’re not guaranteed to get that exact model unless you specifically ask what kind of units are available and ask to see such units so that you will know what you’re getting. I lived in an outdated apartment where mold was a big issue. There is no central air, so little ventilation goes to the bathroom or the bedroom. Mold showed up in my bathroom ceiling, on cabinets and grew on my clothes. There is no pest control but you can request that maintenance sprays which does help. Over

I have lived in this community for 2 years, and it has been lovely. My apartment has become my home, and the staff has been receptive, responsive, and professional. All maintenance issues had a quick turnaround, the community is peaceful and quiet, and overall the quality of living is very nice. I cannot recommend this community enough especially to those who wish to have a peaceful home close to many great parts of Wilmington.
