Colonial Park Apartments

A friend and I lived at Colonial Park for two years. There was and still is a strong sense of community amongst the people living there. We always felt safe and welcomed by one another. The property manager, Jesse, was always reliable and approachable. If there was ever an issue he was right over and coordinating the right people to fix it that day. The front and back area was always maintained nicely with flowers in the window gardens and furniture to enjoy in the large front lawn. Jesse always took pride in keeping the place looking nice. I always felt proud to live there. I would have stayed for a few more years if I had not bought a house. Overall I loved living there and would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere quiet near downtown surrounded by good people.

My daughters and I have lived here for four years and love it! Colonial Park has a fantastic community vibe and I feel very grateful to have found it. My daughters love the neighborhood and I love knowing they are safe here. The manager keeps up with any issues we’ve had here, responding quickly and efficiently— it is 100 year old building, so yeah, sometimes there’s stuck windows or a leaking pipe. I love that the building is old and beautiful and well cared for. We also appreciate that he always goes above and beyond with nightly safety checks, bringing in packages, helping to water our plants when needed, and so, so much more! He obviously cares a lot about this community and making sure everyone here is safe and happy. Most of the neighbors are equally great and will stop to pet our

I have had a wonderful experience moving to this community. The property manager, Jesse, made my move so easy. There were a few things that needed to be done in the apartment and he got them done very quickly. Even when one vendor did not complete a job to the highest standard he had them come back and redo the job. He oversaw them and made sure it was done In a timely manner and when worked best for me. He even goes above helping me with bags when I am bringing my children and groceries in. This community felt like home right away.

We didn’t end up moving here but the landlord Jessie is what kept this place as a close second in our books. He was so kind and was always there to answer our questions and immediately accommodated our move in needs. The place we toured was cute and met all of wants in a space. Cannot recommend this place or the landlord enough. The area is in a neighborhood and the other tenants are kind and welcoming. If you are looking to move, consider Colonial Park!

My wife, toddler, and I have been residents here since winter, and we absolutely love this place. It's in a great neighborhood within walking distance to downtown and to multiple playgrounds for your little ones. Very quiet and safe feeling area. The apartments themselves are quite nice. Plenty of room and our favorite part is the HARDWOOD FLOORS! The other residents are very friendly and good people to chit chat with. There are nice shaded areas behind the buildings and large grassy areas out front that are great for outside chillin. The apartment manager will do all he can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, and he is extremely helpful and responsive. Great place in a great location.
