Maintenance Staff always taking care of my apartment at Eastman Dr. So far, no complaints for me,maybe I'm the luckiest person. Best place to live, very quiet and clean neighborhood. Love Colonial Glenn🥰

Do not move here. Bugs are everywhere and they don’t consider your small children. They don’t accommodate they just keep sending Orkin to spray everytime you call. Issues keep reoccurring. The apartments are old and issues outside of bugs are there as well. “Cosmetic” issues are things they won’t fix but you pay your money to live here and they should have been fixed upon move in.

This Apartment gallery is one the worse leasing company I ever see first they take a 2800$ as double deposit to gave us a Apartment and after we leav they are charging 1800$ that we didn't even a damage a thing and when I call their staff is even a worse they say they charge that much to clean the carpet and paint the bath tubs that is Actually a worse reason to say that I can understand that they can Able to cut some Ammount but not a 1800$ it's even a more than my rent if this Reviews will Actually get seen by Authorities please help middle class family's don't Rob them 🙏🙏🙏 and I would suggest everyone in future to do not get houses in This gallery

I just visited my kids who live here, absolutely deplorable. Gapping hole in the ceiling by the bathroom vent fan, maintenance has not come back to fix it. Walls throughout the apartment look like they were pieced together with tape, carpet is old, roof shingles are coming off, mold and mildew coming through the walls. They were charged for a broken toilet seat yet it was broken upon move in. This is a Slum Lord complex do not rent here. The owners are obviously only interested in profit at the expense of the residents who put food on their tables. Would they allow their kids or grandkids live here, I believe not. If I wasn't a Property Manager and complex owner in another part of the country I may not have noticed the complete neglect, but I am and this just makes my stomache turn. Sham

The leasing agent has a terrible attitude. She always sounds like she is on the defense about to get into a verbal or physical alteraction. Please be warned there are some weird practices happening with this apartment complex. I have been a renter since 2020 and never had any failure to pay rent or collections on my report. Yet, I needed to give out 2 months rent. Also, I am a remote employee and all the other landlords in other states like Tennessee, Maryland, and Pittsburgh, PA just wanted proof of income. This place wanted a letter confirming you are remote. It seemed like this place wants you out of your apartment so that they can sneak into your unit. Why else do you need documentation confirming a person is remote? Fortunately, my current landlord is allowing me to stay in my present
