Moved out of this apartment complex a while ago, but I just had to say, this was the worst living experience that I have ever had in my entire life. I know the rent is really cheap but, the mean, old, bitter ladies in the leasing office are absolutely horrible and they will bully you. The roaches and the bug infestation in that apartment complex is horrible and will never go away. The very limited washer and dryers that are available (4 each), consistently breakdown. Your car will guaranteed to get broken into, have broken windows, and or losing your tires to people stealing them. And they’re so-called security cameras do not work. Don’t even get me started on the fact that your mail isn’t safe either. The mail people have been robbed multiple times (LITERALLY robbed the mail people and to

Elevators broke - 2nd floor n 1st building everyone on that entire floor was displaced lost most there stuff and had to stay n extended stay hotel was supposed to be only a month or 2 was over 5 months AND not only were they paying out of pocket HUGE TO STAY N HOTEL THEY STILL WERE EXPECTED TO PAY RENT ALTHO THEY WERENT ABLE TO B AT APT. On top of that workers or whoever brought bed bugs n so ppl had to throw away brand new furniture etc. Wish I could give 0 STARS 🌟

What's up? Just wanted to give a review. I have lived at Colonial East Apartments since July 2023. I enjoy the location. I am employed close to my apartment location. That is a help, no doubt. As far as dealing with the administration that is a positive proposition. In closing, calling and asking for assistance as it relates to apartment issues things are handled in an appropriate time frame. Olden Ray Jr.

Affordable. However, this place is infested with roaches and bed bugs. Roaches in the hallways hallways, roaches in the laundry room, roaches in your bedroom. Someone does come in and sprays for bugs, but it's never enough. The women in the office are moody sometimes. There was one point where one of them asked me to "change my review if I liked residing there". Lol. You get what you pay for I guess. If you can, try not to rent from this establishment.

I have lived at Colonial East for several years. I think the important thing to remember is communication. If you work with the staff, they will work with you. No one is a mind reader. Life is a two way street. My neighbors are quiet and considerate. Many have lived here a number of years. One of the nicest things is the courtyard. There is a lovely seating area amongst the trees. I have been known to take a book out there and enjoy the day. It makes for a nice community.
