Colonial Apartments

I have been a resident at colonial apartments about 4 and 1/2 years. I have never had a problem not once. Any appliance problems that I had concerning anything in my apartment Miss Shawna the leasing office manager and her crew gets it done immediately. when I get out my card night the walkways are very lit up and that makes me feel very secure. Miss Shawna always have a ward smile and a kind word.

It’s was a pleasure working with Ms.Shonna.She cared about our situation.She have great communication.She kept her word on everything we talked about.The apartment is clean and affordable.

Miss shonda is a very excellent person! I lived there for five years! She made me and my family living experiences wonderful whenever we had an issue maintenance came asap!

Friendly staff and quiet property Gary w. Loves his unit and speaks highly of the living environment he and his fiance have resided here for almost 3 years.

The apartments are nice but not a lot of people are safe to be around. Keep to yourself and you will be fine. The leasing manager is a good person but make sure you pay the rent! Leasing is quick and easy. Maintenance is at your service.
