Colonial apartment staff are amazing. They have been responsive by e-mail and calls throughout the entire move-in process. Malaysia gave the first tour and was extremely friendly. Everyone in the office works together to make the prospective tenant feel welcome, instead of focusing only on a sale. Even when I was overwhelmed and a bit irritable, Toniya, Paulette and Charlie were extremely professional and accommodating. I had checked the reviews multiple times a day prior to move in, though semi- familiar with the property. This apartment is clean, no pests. The team moved me in on short notice and were vigilant about explaining the required documents and signature process and wrapping it up end of business day on a Friday. Tyonia always is such a breath of fresh air she goes above and beyond to make sure everybody is taken care of I bumped into her on my way to the gym I told her casually in passing my favorite machine was broken next day it was fixed. Today I renewed my lease on the portal she helped me step by step and was super nice and patient with me cuz me and the portal have no been getting along lol I just wanted her to be recognized. For her patience and helpfulness everybody doesn’t have the patience to deal with people and she did it with grace all while smiling lol

We recently inquired about this apartment community, and the leasing agent was extremely helpful from start to finish. Tyonia was very responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer our questions clearly without rushing us. Even at the inquiry stage, the professionalism stood out. It made the entire experience smooth and left a very positive impression of the community. We truly appreciated the support and transparency.

The biggest problem is no communication at this place it’s know way you would want to get a new apartment and deal with these things. Things happen but would you want to sit in on your toilet or take a shower with a huge hole in the wall. I ask to at least cover it up nothing. Like this really sucks. So I have to put trash bags over a hole that been there since Friday the 7th of November and hope it get it fixed by the the 12th of November. I don’t even know at this point. Just be aware of the things you may go through. It’s no telling when a contractor will even come to repair it

I had a problem with my sink and maintenance was so helpful. Shiann came to help resolve my problem and they were incredibly patient, helpful and kind. They were able to fix my sink issue and explained to me how to maintain it clean. I really appreciated their time and how they handled the problem. Thank you Shiann for your excellent service :)
