We rented a house through this management company and lived there for two years. From start to finish, we were very happy with our experience. The maintenance team always responded quickly, and the office staff were great about answering calls and messages — which we really appreciated. At first, some neighbors tried to scare us with stories about previous tenants, but we’re so glad we didn’t listen. It seems those tenants just didn’t want to renew their lease after the rent increased. Everything went smoothly, even at move-out — we were pleasantly surprised to receive part of our deposit back. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I was sad to leave this company! Me and my family has been with them for the past 4 years I want to say and we are relocating to another state due to circumstances! I would NEVER leave them if I was going to reside in Springfield!! Collins are very professional and attentive to issues that need to be handled! I absolutely adore Mr. And Mrs. Collins! They’re the BEST!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND renting from this company!!

So $150,000+ sitting in my checking account, not to mention my investment accounts with Interactive Brokers. New immigrant to the USA and haven't started payroll yet. Instead they just ghosted via email even after a showing. I can see why people don't like Allen Collins. It's unprofessional not to reply to emails... As a former landlord from Canada, at least I would reply to tenants. I would avoid these guys just because of Allen's disrespectful nature.

Said credit didn't matter obviously it does when you have 2 people with great credit and one w fair credit. Waited a week to hear back, said my income wasn't sufficient enough, I make with my co applicants more than 3x the amount for the place I was looking at. The only plus was Ashton was really nice. Trying to move from out of state and just obviously aren't looking for people with money in hand because they sure as hell can't say I have spotty renter history or evictions. I wouldn't waste the time.

Collin’s Property Management has been wonderful. Each person I have talked to is extremely helpful and very nice. It’s hard finding a rental company as good as they are. They are one of the best I have rented from. They go above and beyond in all they do. I highly recommend them!
