Collins on Pine Apartments

A friend of a tenant, and from what I’ve seen and heard, this is a great apartment community. I’ve personally heard my friend speak with management over the phone, and they’ve always been attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. I’ve also spoken directly with a team member named Christina on a few occasions—whether it was questions about parking charges or general concerns—and everything was handled promptly, clearly, and with care. The rest of the team has been super helpful as well. The property is clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. Communication from the management team is consistent and helpful. The team at Taylor 28, including Annalise, has been especially kind and supportive. Based on my experience, I’d absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking

The best part about living here is the prompt response from the maintenance team. Even on weekends, Isaac was on call to fix thermostats that broke due to a power outage. The maintenance team is always very quick to respond to requests and I’m very satisfied with the work they do.

I lived in this building for a little less than 3 years. The pros: the apartments themselves are actually pretty nice. Good layouts and decently nice appliances. Pretty good noise insulation between rooms. Respectful neighbors. And if I ever had issues, the maintenance was phenomenal. Quick and helpful. Great location. Super walkable and easy to access public transportation. Lots of great food and whatnot. These reasons, plus the fact that I got a good deal on rent, are why I stayed so long. Important to note that I had a deal because it was off season and discounted because they told me the apartment would have a balcony and it did not. Hey, current resident here! The location of this building is great as are the the maintenance staff (props to the work that you do!). Unfortunately, the non-existent management are absolutely abhorrent and make living here a nightmare! They neither care about the safety of the residence nor do they take any actionable measures to address the concerns when brought up to them. Instead, they try to push all responsibly back into the resident with the initial concern. Don't even get me started on the mailroom situation...My packages, as well as others, are constantly stolen from the mailroom within hours of delivery yet management will make you go through too many hoops in order to at least know what time, by whom your package was taken, and how the perpetrator had initially accessed the so-ca

Issac from the maintenance team here is extremely helpful and reaponds promptly to any concerns. My thermostat was out and he had it replaced and working in under 24hrs.
