When my partner and I first moved in, we thought it would be great—it’s in a decent neighborhood, and the building is new — but it seems like a bait and switch. Our experience has been far from what we expected. Safety concerns like drug users near our unit door, needles at the entrance, and an unsecured parking lot made us feel unsafe. Safety does not seem like a priority as doors to the building are usually left open allowing for public entrance. Sanitation issues, including trash buildup and dog feces in common areas, were constant. As residents, we are charged a nice fee to keep and maintain a parking spot. Felicia is an amazing property manager!!! I had to move in within a short time frame, Felicia was very communicative, expedited the process and made herself very available to me to answer any questions or help with any issues that came up.

Move in was not a problem. During my 1 year lease there were often problems with the elevator not working at all and would not work for weeks at a time. Trash pile up outside of the building not being taken care of. The area is unsafe and the security of the building is non existent, there were often times homeless people coming in and out of the building and staying in the stairwells. Packages were stolen out of the “secure” package room. Walls were extremely thin which made it difficult to sleep at night. Upon move out there was clear communication from me about my forwarding address, but the check security deposit was not given until i asked about it and it was still sent to the address that i just moved out from so it took nearly 5 months to receive the check. Avoid moving here at all

Ms. Howell is a wonderful property manager, she didn't miss any details when showing me the apartment which definitely led to me referring others. If you’re looking for a beautiful loft, Ms Howell is the one to see.
