Collier Cove Apartments

I was a guest in an apartment January of 2020. Long story short, the landlord came in unlawfully, woke me from my sleep to question me about my identity and address. The landlord called the cops to put trespassing on me. Since I was within my legal rights, I was not trespassed. I had to lock the doors on the cops and refuse to ID myself to avoid a trespassing. Nothing illegal was going on when they entered for maintenance, but she thinks she is above the law and basic human rights. Beware. I have video to confirm the situation.

Cant get deposit back. Said they sent it to corpeate but they won't answer and when I went to talk to the manager Brenda she kicked me out of her office and said it's not her problem

I really like the place. It’s a great starter home and it’s not far from town. My only complaints are that they could have cleaned it up a little better before we moved in (the floors were FILTHY. They looked clean but you’d have black feet just walking around the house) and there is I guess a landlord and an assistant landlord and the main lady is majorly disrespectful and rude.

Very nice apartments for the price

I like this place but do not like the landlord they need to get another one !
